Lemon Family Dental is committed to providing you with the best possible care. The fees reflect a professional commitment to excellence. For the convenience of patients, the following methods of payment are accepted.
Non-insured cash patients will receive a 5% discount at the time of service with cash or check.
Non-insured cash senior patients (age 65) will receive an additional 5% at the time of service, totaling 10% discount.
Patients with insurance are asked to pay the estimated portion at the time of treatment. Many PPO and most major insurance plans are accepted. See our complete list of accepted policies below.
Monthly payments plans are available through Care Credit. You can easily apply online or by phone at (800) 365-8295. There are many options, including no interest for up to 12 months depending on the amount financed. Ask for details. You can also apply through the Care Credit website.
Dr. Lemon’s staff is happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. The team will do everything possible to help you afford the treatment you need and want.

Dental insurance is an agreement between you and your insurance company; therefore Dr. Lemon and Lemon Family Dental can only estimate your dental benefits. Computer printouts are only estimates of your portion. The exact amount of payment isn’t known until a claim is paid.
